Postage & Packing for UK orders:
Postage and Packing is free of charge for orders over £5.00. For orders less than £5.00 a £0.95 pence charge will be made. This will be invoiced to you separately if you've paid through PayPal.
You do have the option of selecting and paying for Special delivery or 1st class signed for. These options can be found at the bottom of each page. Please add one of them to your cart once you have finished shopping. All standard orders will be sent 2nd class post.

Where possible The Blueberry Patch try and recycle as many boxes and jiffy bags.
Refunds and Returns:
A full refund will be given on goods returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Postage cannot be refunded.
If by any unfortunate chance your order does not arrive and has been lost in the post or the order has been damaged, you can request a refund. Alternatively The Blueberry Patch will re-do your order (exceptions are bespke or individually made items). In the event that this happens, we will and do pursue claims through Royal Mail on your behalf. As we have to give them details of any loss or damage, they will contact you to verify this.
We are bound by Royal Mail regulations in that a parcel is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed. If you have checked with your local post office and they do not have a record of it, please contact me by email. I will submit a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf, and I will submit all necessary paperwork to aid in the processing of your claim. If Royal Mail agrees to pay compensation to me, I will then pass this payment on to you, via the method of payment you originally made. If your order does arrive after you have submitted the claim, you will need to contact me immediately so that I can cancel the claim with Royal Mail.
Bespoke and indiviually made items - these items cannot be refunded by The Blueberry Patch as they have been made to your specification. The exception to this is if the item has been lost or damaged by Royal Mail. However, the 15 working day rule (as above) will still apply. If the item has been damaged in the post a full refund will be issued once a claim form has been submitted by The Blueberry Patch to Royal Mail and they have agreed to compensation..
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without explicit consent.
Our website has links to other organisations. Once you follow a link to another site, you are subject to that site's privacy policy and you information security and privacy is then out of The Blueberry Patch's control.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
